ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent three years working as a team member, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation in the business. Our team brings over 75 years of combined experience, creating a knowledgeable and supportive environment that is deeply focused on serving customers the right way - one policy at a time.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, being outdoors, and staying active through sports. I’m heavily involved in the community through multiple charitable organizations and serve on the Chamber. Staying engaged locally and giving back is an important part of who we are as an agency.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Seth Joubert - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
